Introduction

This Local Nature Reserve consists of 2 sites. Par Beach is made up of a sandy beach with dunes behind, a lagoon/pond and reed beds. It covers an area of 31.25 hectares. St Andrew’s Road has a pond, wet woodland and an area of open (amenity) grassland, covering 10.5 hectares.
