The site can be accessed on foot from both Seaton (where there is a large pay and display car-park) and Hessenford (no car-parking).

By car: From Trerulefoot roundabout on the A38, take the A374 and then the A387 to the village of Hessenford. Seaton Country Park is signed (with a brown tourism sign) from the village of Hessenford (turning is opposite the Copley Arms pub).

By public transport: There is a bus service between Plymouth and Looe, which calls at Seaton. Check local timetables or enquire at the South East Cornwall Discovery Centre (Tel: 01503 262777) for details of all local and seasonal services.
